Description
TUF DRAW 2812 is a low viscosity heavy duty chlorinated drawing and forming oil. This lubricant is intended for moderate to severe operations on ferrous metals. Tuf Draw 2812 can also be used on non-ferrous metals, but depending on the sensitivity of the alloy, it is advised that material should be evaluated for staining.
TUF DRAW 2812 contains extreme pressure (EP) additives and a lubricity package to provide outstanding anti-weld properties, extended tool life and excellent part quality. It is readily cleaned from finished work to avoid “down- stream” problems. Because of its low viscosity, Tuf Draw 2812 is easily applied, and it drains freely from parts to reduce consumption.
How to Use
TUF DRAW 2812 is used as received without dilution. It may be applied by spray, roll coater, brush or swab.
