FUCHS ECOCUT HSG 211 HD Cutting & Grinding Oil

ECOCUT HSG 211 HD is a low misting non-chlorinated cutting oil intended for machining and grinding a wide range of ferrous alloys. This oil is proven in many severe applications including grinding of difficult alloys (including titanium & nickel alloys), gundrilling and broaching. Staining should be monitored when used to machine copper and its alloys. The special technology additive package in Ecocut HSG 211 HD was developed to achieve high performance metal removal rates in order to provide extended tool life and superior finishes. It is formulated with specially selected base oils and additives to minimize evaporation and misting yet remain filterable.
