FUCHS ECOCOOL SYN 7025 Water Miscible Cutting & Grinding Fluid

ECOCOOL SYN 7025 is a synthetic roll forming coolant for cold rolled and galvanized steel. It is also formulated for use in general purpose metal removal operations.

ECOCOOL SYN 7025 contains advanced lubricity additives that provide optimum roll and tool life. It affords good rust protection to preserve parts and equipment, while also minimizing stain of galva- nized tubes during storage.  Good air blow-off and a supplemental rust inhibitor is recommended for best results. ECOCOOL SYN 7025 rejects tramp oils for reduced residues and prolonged system life.

How to Use

ECOCOOL SYN 7025 is mixed with water for use. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation. When mixing, always add ECOCOOL SYN 7025 concentrate to water.

The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45°F– 90°F.
