FUCHS ECOCOOL 711

ECOCOOL 711 is a water miscible coolant which provides long sump life, low odor and excellent pH stability. It is highly suitable for cast iron machining and can also be used for machining other ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. It is not recommended for brass or other copper alloys.

ECOCOOL 711 contains an EP lubricity package that makes it effective for aluminum machining and an anti -wear package to extend tool life on steel. The outstanding in- process rust protection of ECOCOOL 711 makes it a good choice for cast iron machining. It is low foaming and is stable in water hardness up to 1000 ppm as CaCO3. The emulsification system produces a tight, stable emulsion that effectively tolerates tramp oils without producing insoluble residues.
